About Our Services

We offer three main services: (1) Point Cloud Delivery: laser scan data in your software's format, (2) Measured Building Survey: 2D AutoCAD drawings from laser scanning, and (3) 3D SketchUp Modelling: a 3D building model created from scan data. All three are based on 3D laser scanning carried out on site.

If you want to do the modelling yourself in your own software (Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, etc.), choose Point Cloud Delivery, the fastest and most cost-effective option. If you need ready-to-use 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections, choose the Measured Building Survey. If you need a 3D model in SketchUp, choose the 3D SketchUp Modelling service.

Only if you want us to. Our core service is scanning and point cloud delivery: you pay only for the survey, and your own team models in the tool you already use. That keeps costs down and puts you in control. If you prefer finished 2D drawings or a SketchUp model, we produce those from the same scan data.

Our core service is delivering point cloud data that is ready to import into Revit for scan-to-BIM workflows. If you need a completed Revit model, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

About Point Clouds

A point cloud is a collection of millions of 3D measured points captured by a laser scanner. Each point has an X, Y, Z coordinate representing a precise position on a surface. Together, these points form a detailed 3D representation of the building.

We deliver in RCP/RCS (Revit/AutoCAD via ReCap) and E57 (ArchiCAD, SketchUp). We can provide multiple formats from the same scan at no extra cost.

Yes. We deliver E57 files which are ArchiCAD's natively supported format. Import via File > Interoperability > Import Point Clouds. We optimise file sizes for smooth performance.

A typical residential property generates 500MB to 2GB. Larger commercial buildings can be significantly more. We can adjust point density to suit your hardware and software.

About the Survey Process

Most residential properties are completed in a single visit. Larger or more complex buildings may require a full day or multiple visits.

Someone needs to provide access to the property. You do not need to be present throughout the survey, but we need access to all areas you want scanned.

Our laser scanners achieve deviation accuracy under 6mm at 10m range, suitable for architectural design, planning applications, and refurbishment work.

Yes. We capture both interior and exterior, including all accessible façades.

About Pricing & Delivery

Every project is priced individually based on building size, complexity, number of floors, and deliverables required. You receive a fixed-price quote before we arrive on site, with no hidden fees or surprises. Contact us with the property address for a quote.

Point cloud delivery: 3-5 working days. Measured building surveys: 5-10 working days. 3D SketchUp models: 3-4 weeks. Turnaround depends on building size and complexity.

We are London-based and carry out most of our work across Greater London. Projects further afield are considered on request. Contact us with the location.
